Warranty Policy & Guidelines
- Noise products come with a 1-year warranty and Noise accessories with a 3-month warranty covering technical issues (excluding physical damage).
- Free door-to-door service is provided during the warranty period from the date of purchase.
- Products under the BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer are not eligible for returns.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory to avail warranty services, regardless of where the product was purchased.
- If the issue is unresolved over call or email, a pickup will be arranged. If pickup service isn’t available, you must self-ship the product to Noise’s warehouse and share the tracking details.
- In case of self-shipping, the cost must be borne by the customer. Noise is not responsible for any damage/loss during transit.
